Professor Jiang Lijuan’s Experience in Treating Leukorrhea Based on the Theory of “Strengthening the Body and Eliminating Evil”

带下病为困扰广大女性群体的常见疾病，本病以带下量、色、质、味出现异常为主要表现，病程迁延反复，疗效亟待提高。姜丽娟教授认为本病与带脉胞宫正气亏虚、湿热毒邪侵袭留滞密切相关，邪正相争贯穿带下病发病全程，故以扶正祛邪为主要治则，健脾补肾以养胞宫正气、清热解毒以除带下湿浊，内外合治本病，临床疗效显著。本文旨在总结姜丽娟教授基于“扶正祛邪”辨治带下病临床经验，以期为本病的治疗方案提供有益参考。Leukorrhea is a common disease that troubles a large number of women. The main manifestation of this disease is the abnormal amount, color, quality, and taste of down syndrome. The course of the disease is prolonged and recurrent, and the therapeutic effect urgently needs to be improved. Professor Jiang Lijuan believes that this disease is closely related to the deficiency of vital energy in the uterus and the invasion and retention of damp heat and toxic pathogens. The conflict between pathogenic and pathogenic factors runs through the entire course of the disease, so the main treatment principle is to strengthen the body and eliminate pathogenic factors. Strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidneys can nourish the vital energy in the uterus, clearing heat and detoxifying can remove dampness and turbidity in the uterus, and the combination of internal and external factors can effectively cure the disease.
