АSSESSMENT OF NURSES' KEY COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESSFUL PARTNERSHIP WITH PHYSICIANS

Competent nurses are required in the Kyrgyz Republic. This article is devoted to the assessment of nurses' core competencies for successful partnership with physicians. The relevance of nurses' partnership with physicians for today's period of time is determined by the requirements of transition of nursing education to a new level. In order to improve policies to provide quality nursing services, as well as to protect nurses and raise public awareness of nurses' work, improvements in the promotion of nursing in the Kyrgyz Republic are needed. A modern nurse must constantly work to improve her professionalism, so it is necessary to develop effective measures to improve the quality of nursing.
