METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO IMPROVING THE ACTIVITIES OF HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS IN THE FIELD OF LEGAL TRAFFICKING OF NARCOTIC DRUGS

In the availability of socially significant drugs, which include narcotic drugs, such factors as: the peculiarity of the legislative framework, a meager assortment, a complex system of drug accounting and document management, bureaucracy in prescribing prescriptions, a small number of pharmacies, etc. are of great importance. The purpose of this study is to identify existing problems in the organization of the work of healthcare institutions in the field of the turnover of narcotic drugs. A survey of pharmacists and interviews of medical workers who have access to the narcotic drugs was conducted. The conducted research made it possible to identify problems in the practical implementation of activities related to the turnover of narcotic drugs, and the needs of the healthcare organizations for methodological assistance in the document management of this type of activity.
