Research on Collaborative Development Pathways for Rural E-Commerce and Logistics under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

在乡村振兴战略背景下，农村电商与物流协同面临基础设施薄弱、技术适配不足、政策协同缺失等发展瓶颈。本文构建“设施–技术–制度–生态”四维框架，揭示二者在资源错配、动力不足与治理失序等深层矛盾，并提出通过构建分级基础设施体系、开发场景适配技术、优化政策协同机制及重构主体利益生态的建议，旨在破解“电商快、物流慢”的发展悖论，推动农村物流体系向质量效益型转型，为乡村振兴提供可持续的产业支撑。Under the strategic framework of rural revitalization, the coordinated development of rural e-commerce and logistics is constrained by bottlenecks such as infrastructural deficiencies, technological mismatches, and fragmented policy coordination. This study establishes a four-dimensional analytical framework—“Infrastructure-Technology-Institution-Ecology”—to uncover systemic contradictions between the two sectors, including resource misallocation, insufficient growth impetus, and governance inefficiencies. The paper proposes targeted solutions: constructing a multi-tiered infrastructure network, developing context-driven technologies, enhancing cross-sectoral policy alignment, and recalibrating stakeholder ecosystems. These interventions aim to resolve the “e-commerce advancement vs. logistics stagnation” paradox, catalyze the transformation of rural logistics into a quality-efficiency-oriented model, and ultimately deliver sustainable industrial reinforcement for rural revitalization.
