ABDOMINAL SURGERY SIMULANT SURGERY
The purpose of the study: to evaluate the effectiveness of simulant operations in abdominal surgery. 27 people participated in the study. There were 8 (29.6%) males and 19 (70.4%) females. By age, patients ranged from 35 to 75 years old, the average age was 54,3±7,6 years. Patients were divided into two clinical groups: I clinical group — patients who underwent simulated operations (n = 6); II clinical group – patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy (n = 21). In the Ι clinical group, the average intraoperative time was 42 [35; 50] minutes, which is slightly more than the average intraoperative time in the II clinical group, which was 37 [25; 47] minutes, respectively. In Ι clinical group, analgesic therapy was 5 [2; 8] days which is longer than analgesic therapy in the II clinical group which was 3 [1; 4] days, respectively. In the Ι clinical group the duration of drainage standing was 4 [2; 6] days which is longer than the duration in the II clinical group which was 3 [1; 5] days, respectively. In Ι clinical group, the duration of hospital stay was 6 [3; 10] days, which is longer than the duration in the II clinical group, which was 5 [3; 8] days, respectively. Reducing the number of surgical interventions performed has a positive impact on the psychological state of the patient. When a patient manages to minimize surgery or shorten recovery time after surgical treatment, it can improve their emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
