Exploration of Cultural Context and Practice in Primary School Music Classroom
This article focuses on the primary school music classroom, exploring the characteristics of its cultural context, existing practical problems, and corresponding teaching strategies. The cultural context of the primary school music classroom is characterized by traditionality, localization, and artistry. The integration of traditional music, opera, local culture, and ethnic art culture into the classroom can cultivate students' national identity, cultural confidence, love for their hometown, and artistic literacy. However, in reality, there are problems such as insufficient knowledge reserves of music teachers, disconnection between teaching practice and the cultural knowledge in textbooks, and insufficient musical expressiveness of students. The lack of knowledge among teachers makes it difficult for students to understand the content. The disconnection between teaching and culture prevents students from appreciating the charm of music. Students' insufficient performance is due to issues such as the classroom atmosphere and their own abilities. To solve these problems, it is necessary to enhance the knowledge reserves of music teachers, restore the cultural context of the textbooks, and encourage students to express themselves, creating a positive atmosphere and guiding them to understand and interpret musical works. These strategies will help promote the development of primary school music classroom teaching, improve students' musical literacy, enhance their awareness of cultural inheritance, and lay a foundation for students' all-round development.
