Structure, optical properties and energy transfer analysis of Nd3+, Dy3+ co-doped CeF3 crystal for potential laser application
A crack-free Nd,Dy:CeF 3 crystal was grown with the Bridgman method. During the doping process, Nd 3+ and Dy 3+ , which have similar ionic radii, will enter the Ce 3+ site as dopants.
