STATE SUPPORT OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC THROUGH LOANS

The article examines the terms and objectives of the project of preferential lending to agro-industrial clusters in Kyrgyzstan, implemented through OJSC Aiyl Bank and OJSC ELDIK Bank. The main aspects of project financing for agricultural producers, agro-industrial enterprises and subcontractors are analyzed, including the terms of lending, leasing and refinancing, as well as mechanisms for ensuring the return of loan funds. The social and economic effects of the project implementation are assessed, such as the development of agro-industrial clusters, job creation, increased productivity and improved quality of life of rural residents. The article also discusses the prospects for the development of the project, taking into account the existing problems and necessary improvements in the agricultural sector of Kyrgyzstan.
