This study examined the personal rights and freedoms of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, including older people. The personal rights and freedoms of older citizens are inalienable and belong to every person from birth. It was determined that during a person's life, his rights and freedoms are inextricably linked, and no one and in any way should deprive him of them.
