PUBLIC DEBT MANAGEMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

This article discusses the problems of managing the external debt of the Kyrgyz Republic. For the last period of 2019-2023, statistical data on internal and external debt and the features of the above-mentioned debt structures were considered. In recent years, there has been a gradual decrease in the volume of external and internal debt compared to the gross domestic product of the economy. It was noted that the volume of internal and external debt accumulated last year created significant difficulties for the state budget, which coincided with the last 2019-2023 years. As a result, ways and a mechanism for settling the internal and external debt of the state were proposed.
