This study examines that, in accordance with Article 31 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, every person, including older people, has the right to move freely within the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, choose their place of residence and stay, as well as the right of older people as citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic to freely travel outside the Kyrgyz Republic and return without hindrance.
