Forms of Interaction of Russian Courts with Foreign and Arbitration Courts

The forms of procedural interaction of domestic courts with foreign and arbitration courts are investigated. It is concluded that this interaction includes two components: assistance to the activities of foreign courts and arbitration courts in the commission of certain actions, as well as recognition and implementation of the results of foreign justice and arbitration proceedings on the territory of the Russian Federation. In the first case, we are talking about assistance related exclusively to procedural issues. In the second case, the Russian court, before recognizing and enforcing a foreign court decision, checks it for compliance with national values of a socio-economic, political and legal nature.
