Financial Empowerment Through Entrepreneurial Coaching: Evaluating the Long-Term Impact on Women and Youth-Led Startups in Africa and the U.S.

This comparative study examines the long-term impact of entrepreneurial coaching on women and youth-led startups across Africa and the United States. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research captures quantitative shifts in financial literacy and funding access alongside qualitative changes in leadership confidence, innovation agility, and community reinvestment. Findings indicate that peer-to-peer and hybrid coaching models significantly enhance financial outcomes and startup scalability, particularly when coaching is culturally contextualized. African entrepreneurs preferred locally grounded approaches, while U.S. startups leaned towards agile, tech-driven models. The study advocates for context-responsive coaching frameworks that align with global development goals, fostering inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystems across borders.
