Hound Tracking Optimization Algorithm Used to PSS, UPFC-POD Controller Parameter Optimization to Enhance Stability of WPTB System
In this paper, the hound tracking optimization algorithm (HTOA) is used to coordinate and optimize the parameters of the power system stabilizer (PSS), the unified power flow with power oscillation damping (UPFC-POD), to improve the damping characteristics of the WPTB system. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through experiments, and it can effectively slow down the oscillation amplitude of the system, maintain the system's stability, suppress the fluctuation of generator active and bus voltage caused by low-frequency oscillation (LFO), and improve the system's anti-interference capability.
