Tunable Triple Plasmon-Induced Transparency in Graphene-Based Metamaterial
In recent years, metamaterials-based plasma-induced transparent phenomenon has received wide attention. In this paper, we design a metamaterial structure which has tunable triple plasmon-induced transparency (PIT). By using the time domain finite difference (FDTD) method, we studied transmission of the structure and found that there are three transparent windows at 2.242 THz, 3.789 THz and 4.454 THz with transmitance of 98.2%, 97.5% and 97.9%, respectively. Next, we study the effect of structural parameters on transmission spectrum. Futheremore, in order to explant physical mechanism of transparent window, we present and analyze electric field at 2.242THz, 3.789THz and 4.454THz frequency. And we change the fermi level of graphene to achieve tunable triple plasmon-induced transparency effect. The proposed structure is found to be insensitive to the polarized light angle.
