Digital Holographic Based on the Box Jellyfish Eye Structure and Magnifying Lenses
According to abbe's theory of image formation, field of view (FOV) and resolution are mutually contradictory in single frame acquisition imaging systems. In order to achieve both high field of view and high resolution, a stable digital holographic microscope (DHM) system employing magnifying lenses is designed based on the box jellyfish eyes structure, and the system performance is firstly verified on USAF1951 resolution plate. Compared with non-lens systems in single frame acquisition, the field of view and the average amplitude resolution are improved, respectively. Besides, the application of quantitative phase imaging to step phase targets is demonstrated.
