A 12V/24V-to-1V Shared Switched-Capacitor Multi-Inductor Multi-Output Converter with 90.9%/89.5%Peak Efficiency and Negligible Cross Regulation
In modern electronic systems like datacenter, automotive applications, etc., multiple low-voltage power rails are essential for high power efficiency and fine-grained power management. To minimize <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathrm{I}^{2}\mathrm{R}$</tex> losses in the power delivery network, a higher input voltage is preferred. As a result, a high-efficiency high-density power management unit with high VIN and low voltage conversion ratio (VCR, defined by <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\text{Vout} / V_{\text{IN}}$</tex>), along with multiple outputs, is highly demanded.
