Conscious Food Shopping, Getting Information About Food from a Gender Perspective
The study of food consumption behaviour is crucial in modern societies where sustainability, health consciousness and the complexity of global supply chains are increasingly under scrutiny. This article aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the factors influencing food consumption decisions, including cultural, economic, social and psychological aspects. Our analysis pays particular attention to the demand for sustainable food and the rise of ethical consumer behaviour. The research uses a quantitative approach to investigate food consumers' preferences and motivations, while also exploring the relationship between price sensitivity and purchasing behaviour. The results show that changes in consumer behaviour are closely linked to growing awareness of social and environmental issues.
