Phytobiotic using period effect on broiler blood morphologic and biochemical traits after vaccination

Studying of the preparation watering period on broiler blood traits after vaccination against Newcastle disease virus has been the research aim. The preparation has been based on essential oils. Experimental group poultry has received the phytobiotic during different age periods. The preparation using during all the growing period (1 to 38 days) has activated metabolism and increased blood traits after vaccination: total protein – by 11.8 to 12.1%, albumin – by 13.6 to 24.5%, uric acid – by 8.7 to 23.5%, erythrocytes – by 53.8 to 70.0%, hemoglobin – by 5.8% comparing to control. As a result, broilers safety increased by 4.3% and body weight by 3.4%.
