Evaluation of the effect of layer feeding with brown algae fractions on poultry hematologic traits
Polysaccharide and phenolic brown algae fractions using in layer diet has been established to promote hemoglobin concentration increasing in their blood and possibly to be connected with iron availability in intestine improvement. Researches have shown that polysaccharide fraction possesses prebiotic characteristics and improves intestine microbiom state and normalizes micro- and macronutrients absorption mechanisms. The data received may prove some positive effect of brown algae feeding on hemoglobin content in erythrocytes being developed in bone marrow. It means the better body tissues supply with oxygen.
