Seasonal transformation of air environment microbiota in poultry house
The paper is designed to study of transformation in microbiota species content of poultry house air environment during transition and hot periods of year. The experiments have been carried out with industrial layer flock Loman White cross. The layers has been kept in poultry houses with cage keeping system. The experiment results show significant difference in air microbiologic composition in different year periods. Bacteria Ruminococcus, Lachnospiraceae, Rikenellaceae-RC9 gut group, Bacteroides genera that take part in organics decomposition prevailed in transitional period. During hot periods conditionally and pathogenic bacteria content has been risen in poultry shed. The research results confirm importance of air microbiota seasonal transformations control in poultry houses and necessity of poultry health management strategies and risks reduction.
