Influence of phytobiotic additive based on essential oil crops on the quality of broiler meat

The article presents the results of studies on the effect of a phytobiotic supplement based on essential oil herbs on the chemical composition and biological value of broiler chicken meat. Under the influence of phytogenics, the level of protein and fat in muscles increased. The experimental group outperformed the control in the content of essential amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids and protein quality.
