Impacto potencial del paternalismo libertario en la toma de decisiones empresariales: una perspectiva cognitiva
Understanding how the human brain processes decisions, often influenced by biases and heuristics, is vital for achieving organizational success in all administrative and managerial processes. This essay unites two crucial aspects, neuroscience and organizational behavior, to explore libertarian paternalism and nudge theory. The objective was to analyze how this theory can influence business decision-making. By identifying how human behavior shapes these choices, the behavioral scope of the nudge becomes clear, allowing for the formulation of a set of strategies for its business application. Based on a documentary review and theoretical analysis, it is concluded that applying these tactics has significant potential to standardize decision structures and optimize organizational results, a situation that promotes sustained economic growth and decent work from a human-centered approach framed within SDG 8.
