PARA ALÉM DA RECONSTRUÇÃO DA DEPENDÊNCIA: AS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE COMBATE AO TRABALHO ANÁLOGO AO DE ESCRAVO EM ASSENTAMENTOS DE REFORMA AGRÁRIA NO BRASIL
Even today, more than a century after the abolition of slavery, workers are found working in degrading conditions, especially in rural areas. The aim is to demonstrate that even in areas of rural settlement, where land distribution is partially dissociated from effective public policies for the inclusion of rural workers in production chains, it is possible to find environments that are favorable to reducing settled workers to conditions analogous to slavery. The aim is to demonstrate the relationship between settlement and slave labor. Until an effective way of including settled workers in production chains is implemented, this reality will not change.
