Draft genome sequences of 12 <i>Vibrio</i> Harveyi clade isolates from Hong Kong coastal waters
Twelve <i>Vibrio</i> Harveyi clade isolates were obtained from Hong Kong coastal waters. Their draft genome sequences were assembled and found to comprise <i>V. harveyi</i> (×2), <i>Vibrio owensii</i> (×5), <i>Vibrio campbellii</i> (×2), and <i>Vibrio parahaemolyticus</i> (×3), with estimated genome sizes 4.9-6.2 Mbp (44.5%-45.8% G + C).
