INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT OF THE COOPERATIVE-CLUSTER STRATEGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR IN THE MECHANISM OF GLOCALISATION-PROGRAM ADAPTATION

The article investigates the investment management of the cooperative-cluster strategy for the development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine in the context of glocalization and program adaptation. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the need to transform the agrarian sector in the context of global challenges, increased international competition and decentralization of the economy. The proposed approach combines local initiatives with global development trends, which allows to increase the efficiency and sustainability of agricultural production. The article substantiates the need to implement a systematic toolkit for strategic management based on cooperation, clustering and investment support, which takes into account both global requirements and regional features. Economic and mathematical modeling was carried out using the TREND and FORECAST Excel functions and multiple linear regression equations to predict the effectiveness of innovative development of agro-processing enterprises. Key coefficients that affect the effectiveness of strategic decision-making were determined. Harrington's desirability function was applied as a universal integral tool for assessing effectiveness, which allowed to determine the overall level of quality of strategic management. The results of the study indicate the feasibility and effectiveness of implementing the cooperative-cluster approach as a tool for increasing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. It was found that enterprise 6 demonstrates the highest results in terms of the totality of rating indicators, which confirms the effectiveness of the methodology used. The results obtained may be useful for the formation of state policy in the field of agricultural development, aimed at strengthening the role of regional agricultural clusters in investment support for sustainable economic growth in Ukraine.
