PROSPECTS OF IMPLEMENTING THE ACCUMULATED LEVEL OF PENSION INSURANCE IN UKRAINE

The pension system of Ukraine faces serious challenges, including demographic changes, the deficit of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and the low level of citizens' trust in state pension programs. The introduction of a funded level of pension insurance is an important step to ensure the financial stability of pensioners and reduce the burden on the solidarity system. At the same time, the effectiveness of such an introduction depends on legislative changes, institutional mechanisms of management, and the level of financial literacy of the population. The article is aimed at analyzing the prospects for the introduction of a funded level of pension insurance in Ukraine, taking into account economic, social, and legislative aspects. The main advantages and risks of this system are considered, as well as the mechanisms for its regulation and integration into the general model of pension provision of the country. The paper uses structural analysis to assess existing models of pension insurance, a generalization method to systematize scientific and practical approaches to reforming the pension system, as well as a predictive method to assess the potential socio-economic consequences of the introduction of a funded level. The analysis showed that the introduction of a mixed pension insurance model will allow diversifying risks, increasing the financial stability of the system, and contributing to the country's economic development by attracting long-term investments.
