SOCIAL-PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF REINTEGRATION OF VETERANS INTO NON-MILITARY SOCIETY

The increase in the share of veterans who have experience of participating in hostilities encourages scientists and practitioners to study the problem of reintegration of veterans into non-military society by organizing the reintegration process through creating conditions for their successful return to non-military society. The purpose of the study: to identify the socio-pedagogical conditions of reintegration of veterans into non-military society. Research methods applied: methods of structural and logical analysis of scientific sources, official websites of Ukraine were applied, which allowed to determine the social and pedagogical conditions of the reintegration of veterans into a non-military society (method of structural analysis, content analysis, logical analysis, categorical analysis, semantic analysis, synthesis method). The article presents methodological approaches within which the features of the process of social reintegration of veterans are determined: systemic, andragogic, personality-oriented, and ecosystemic. The role of the conceptual approach Quadruple Helix in the process of social reintegration of veterans is determined. The social and pedagogical conditions of social reintegration of veterans into a non-military society are identified: participatory participation of institutional entities in the process of social reintegration of veterans; focusing on the needs of veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war; purposeful identification of technologies to activate the reintegration potential of all participants in the reintegration process; activation of grant activities in communities. The conclusions confirm that the effectiveness of the social reintegration of veterans depends on the process of implementing socio-pedagogical conditions for veterans' reintegration, which determine the content and direction of the reintegration process.
