Parkinsonism Associated with Posterior Cortical Atrophy: Atypical Alzheimer's Disease
The data that support the findings of this study are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request. Figure S1. Morphologic and functional imaging: MRI (A) and curved CT (B) demonstrate exclusive posterior cortical atrophy, no significant hipocampal atrophy is noted, depicted by white arrows in coronal reformatted CT images through the hippocampi (C), with a mesial temporal atrophy (MTA) score of 0. Positive Amyloid PET-PiB (D), with increased deposition of fibrillary amyloid plaques particularly in the precuneus. The DaTscan (E) showed abnormal uptake in the striata bilaterally.
