EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES FOR PROMOTING GENDER EQUALITY THROUGH EDUCATION

Gender equality is an important human right and a vital element for social and economic growth. Education plays a critical role in allowing persons, mainly women and girls, to provide them with the information, skills, and assurance to contribute fully to society. A qualitative research method is used in this study to look into the best ways to promote gender equality in schools. The study indicates that women’s economic opportunities significantly improve, leading to higher female employment rates and enhanced wages. Notwithstanding these benefits, cultural views, economic constraints, and inadequate infrastructure persist in obstructing advancements in gender equality in education. To deal with these problems, it's important to use comprehensive plans that include improving policies, changing the curriculum, and starting community involvement projects. Education can become a more effective way to achieve female equality and promote sustainable development if these problems are dealt with.
