Spectrum environment map dataset based on ray-tracer under 3D dynamic built-up scenarios
Spectrum Environment Maps (SEMs) can characterize the spatial-temporal distribution of spectrum strength or received signal strength (RSS) distribution in three-dimensional (3D) dynamic scenarios. Recently, the SEM dataset has laid the foundation for various applications such as spectrum mapping, spectrum resource management. This paper presents a simulated spectrum strength dataset by using a ray-tracer in the 3D dynamic built-up scenario. The scenario considers multiple radiation sources and different heights as 2 m, 25 m, 50 m, and 80 m. The dataset includes a 600-s dynamic spectrum environment map, and the data is stored as a 250 × 250 × 600 tensor in a .mat file. It is crucial for exploring RSS distribution in built-up areas and clarifying the impact of radiation source movement on the SEM. Moreover, it lays a solid foundation for SEM completion, radiation source search, channel modeling, and communication network optimization.
