clinical case of difficulty in selecting a warfarin dose in a Chuvash female patient
Antithrombotic therapy is a necessary component of pharmacotherapy for acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and is performed according to clinical guidelines. For patients with ACS, the first step in seeking medical care is to prescribe loading doses of antiplatelet agents and intravenous heparin. The authors aimed to evaluate the real practice of prescribing antithrombotic therapy to patients with ACS in emergency medical care with determining options for individual drug selection.
