STUDY OF THE QUALITY OF PLASTIC PARTS OF OIL FIELD EQUIPMENT BY THE REINFORCEMENT METHOD

Among the numerous ways to increase the durability and efficiency of oilfield equipment, the most promising is the use of plastics instead of non-ferrous and ferrous metals and the insulation of equipment surfaces with thin-layer polymer coatings. In this regard, the mechanism and nature of mechanical, physical and chemical effects to which plastic parts operating in modern oil equipment are exposed during operation have been widely analyzed in connection with scientific research. However, along with a number of high qualities, plastic masses also have some disadvantages. Their brittleness, low tensile strength, poor electrical and thermal conductivity, resistance to high temperatures, etc. can be shown. When choosing plastic, it is important to consider the product from which it is made and the conditions in which it will be used. Therefore, to obtain a product that meets demand, it is necessary to additionally reinforce the plastic mass with various materials. Materials that improve certain properties of the plastic mass are called reinforcing. These fittings are combined with plastic masses to form a single part, which gives them the necessary strength. Keywords: plastic mass, reinforcement method, increasing durability, efficiency of oilfield equipment, strength.

Their brittleness, low tensile strength, poor electrical and thermal conductivity, resistance to high temperatures, etc. can be shown. When choosing plastic, it is important to consider the product from which it is made and the conditions in which it will be used. Materials that improve certain properties of the plastic mass are called reinforcing. These fittings are combined with plastic masses to form a single part, which gives them the necessary strength.
