«Failures» and current developments in the search for a cure for Alzheimer disease

The authors set out to analyze the literature data to identify drugs that have not taken a strong position in the treatment of asthma due to identified side effects or unexpressed clinical activity, as well as to identify current promising developments in this area. The paper demonstrates the modern theory of the pathogenesis of asthma and drugs, which are used and studied to eliminate the links of pathogenesis or symptoms of damage to the cerebral cortex. Not all drugs studied for the treatment of asthma, due to pronounced adverse drug reactions or insufficient efficacy, are currently being used, however, the search for a remedy for effective therapy of asthma continues.
