Peculiarities of planning of unfinished vibroculture in plots and workshops of single and small-batch vibroculture

Subject of study. The subject of the study is the processes of planning the volume of work in progress at enterprises depending on the type and scale of production. The aim of the study. The purpose of the work is to justify the planned size of work in progress at factories and workshops of single and small-batch production. In this work, the procedure for calculating work in progress is considered only in connection with the development of a production plan and product sales. Research methods. The methodological basis of the study is a set of methods of scientific knowledge, namely logical, system-structural and others. Results of work. In areas and workshops of single and small-scale production, it is advisable to use an enlarged method of determining the volume of work in progress. The basis of such a calculation is the calendar schedule of launch-release of products, which indicates the number of products that are in work in progress, the state of their readiness at the beginning and the planned end of the period. The calculation of the volume of work in progress for an enterprise that produces a wide range of blanks that are produced in single copies has been made. The use of this method will allow enterprises of single and small-scale production to more accurately determine the remains of work in progress. This calculation is based on the calendar schedule of product launch and release. It indicates the number of products in work-in-progress, indicating their readiness at the beginning and end of the planning period, the number of products to be included in the finished product. The calculation of work-in-progress at an enterprise that produces products in single copies and small series when changing the nomenclature, and quantitative ratios. The use of this method allows you to more accurately determine the volumes of uncertified production at enterprises of single and small-series production.
