STUDY OF THE NITRATION PROCESS OF α-OLEFIN HYDROCARBONS USING THE THREE-FACTOR EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN METHOD

This study explores the nitration process of α-olefin hydrocarbons using the three-factor experimental design method. The research aims to optimize key reaction parameters such as temperature, concentration, and reaction time to enhance efficiency, selectivity, and yield. Special attention is given to the influence of reaction conditions on the formation of desired nitro compounds and by-products. The obtained results contribute to a deeper understanding of the nitration mechanism, providing valuable insights for industrial applications, including the production of intermediates for polymers, pharmaceuticals, and fine chemicals. The study also demonstrates the advantages of the three-factor experimental design approach in systematically analyzing and improving complex chemical processes. Keywords: Nitration, α-olefin hydrocarbons, experimental design, reaction optimization, chemical synthesis.
