Ukraine's peacetime strategy for managing the land resource complex should be focused on ensuring high-quality socio-economic development not only of this resource, but also of the country as a whole in the context of global humanitarian values. To achieve this, internal changes must take place, including those related to land ownership, investment policy, the system of land relations, and a shift in social priorities from indicators of economic efficiency to indicators of the quality of life of the country's citizens, including the level of environmental friendliness of land use. External changes in land management strategies are associated with the formation of an environmentally oriented economy based on an innovative strategy, taking into account the integration of Ukraine's economic activity into the global food market. Strategic management of land relations in times of war becomes a key tool for restoring the country, supporting economic development and social stability. Effective management of land relations contributes to economic recovery, food security, solving social issues related to IDPs, and rebuilding the destroyed infrastructure.
