Strategic management of foreign trade activities in the context of activation of the european integration vector of development and economic space.

Ukraine's foreign trade activities are being formed in conditions of global economic instability, geopolitical challenges and rapid transformation of international cooperation policy. The article examines key trends that affect the country's competitiveness in world markets, focusing on changes in the structure of exports, trade relations and logistical constraints. The reorientation of foreign trade to the countries of the European Union, where Poland and Germany are key partners, as well as the strengthening of the role of China as a supplier of goods, is analyzed. The war complicates logistics processes by restricting access to Black Sea ports, which forces exporters to use less efficient alternative routes. At the same time, integration with the EU, in particular through the implementation of obligations under the Association Agreement, and the creation of the Ukraine-NATO Council contribute to the strengthening of economic and political ties. Participation in European programs, such as Horizon Europe, opens up access to financing and technologies, stimulating innovative development. Educational cooperation through global networks and exchange programs supports the formation of human capital necessary for long-term competitiveness. However, war, damage to infrastructure, and dependence on agricultural exports pose significant challenges to economic sustainability. To overcome them, the authors propose strategies for diversifying the export base through the development of high-tech industries, modernization of logistics infrastructure, and attraction of foreign investment. Particular attention is paid to the harmonization of standards with European norms, which will contribute to the expansion of sales markets and improvement of product quality. These measures are aimed at ensuring sustainable economic growth, deepening Ukraine's integration into global economic processes, and strengthening its position as a reliable trading partner.
