Nutritional analysis of rations for cows of Black-and-White breed when use of enzyme additives
In our country dairy farming is gradually turning into a specialized branch of industrial animal husbandry, providing for the needs of the entire population in milk, dairy products and beef. Despite the fact that the economic efficiency and expediency of using enzyme drugs in feeding of farm animals is currently beyond doubt, interest in this problem does not wane. The purpose of the work was to analyze the nutritional value of rations of cows of Black-and-White breed when use enzyme additives of domestic and foreign production. The intake of feed mixtures by cows in the experimental groups was at the level of 93.7 and 95.3 %, and in the control group 88.9 % of the daily ration. The concentration of metabolic energy in 1 kg of dry matter was at the level of 9.89 MJ. Per one EFU in the ration there were igestible protein 94.43 g; crude fi ber 195.55 g; crude fat 35.11 g. Crude protein in dry matter of the ration accounted for 13.95 %; crude fat 3.50 %; crude fi ber 19.55 %, which met the needs for highly productive cows. Animals of the experimental groups received almost the same amount of nutrients and energy as the cows of the control group. The concentration of metabolic energy in 1 kg of dry matter of the ration in cows of the 1st experimental group was 10.04 MJ and in the 2nd group 10.51 MJ. The conducted analysis of the nutritional value of rations of cows of Black-and-White breed during the period of increasing of milk yield showed that when using enzyme additives of domestic and foreign production Cellobacterin in the amount of 25 g/head/day and Fibrozyme 15 g/head/day, they fully provide the needs of lactating cows for the main nutrients for the production of high-quality milk.
