SOCIAL ANOMIE AS A FACTOR OF CORPORATE SADISM IN A CHANGING SOCIAL REALITY

The article is devoted to the problem of social instability formed under the influence of the events of recent years: coronavirus infection, Special Military Operation. People are in a state of panic, fear, stress. Anomie is a state of society, when generally accepted norms, rules, and order disintegrate. Anomie affects all spheres of productive activity, including labor. One of the solutions to this situation is professional identity. But the anomie of society in the labor sphere can manifest itself as deviant behavior. One of the variants of deviant behavior in the work team is corporate sadism. Corporate sadism manifests itself in such forms as humiliation of colleagues, subordinates, domination. The internal cause of the manifestation of mobbing in the organization is low corporate culture, ineffective management, lack of preventive measures.
