Evaluation of separation effect of Oil Mist Separator based on extinction method
Natural gas as a kind of clean and green energy, in the process of gas storage reservoirs using large compressors to take injection, it is inevitable that the lubricating oil will be brought into the ground, resulting in the destruction of the underground environment. Measurement of lubricant oil mist can provide a theoretical basis for the removal and prevention of oil mist. In order to detect lubricant oil mist concentration online at pressures up to 35 MPa, a high-pressure natural gas oil mist concentration detection device based on the extinction method was designed and constructed. The theoretical model derives the scattering model of lubricant oil droplets under different pressures, clarifies the extinction effect of gas medium absorption, and uses a beam-focused non-parallel optical path to replace the traditional parallel optical path model. The actual industrial test results show that the program realizes the online detection under high pressure, and the error of the test results compared with the offline results is within 5%.
