Potassium cation storage and diffusion in SnS, SnS2, and at SnS/SnS2 interfaces
Computational modelling revealed that bulk SnS exhibits faster K + diffusion, while bulk SnS 2 offers more thermodynamically favourable K + storage. In SnS/SnS 2 heterostructures, K + migration perpendicular to the interface is the slowest process.
