The digital system initiated by the government made the ANTV TV spot in the regions unavailable, and for this reason, many advertisers withdrew, resulting in the company's income. To reduce the burden on the company, the company laid off a number of its employees, around 300 employees from the News division were laid off. There are factors that make the company lay off employees. This is because the digitalization system initiated by the government and ANTV are not ready to anticipate management and also because of the high cost of switching to a digital system while the company's finances are not good, and there are also factors from Covid-19.
