PREDICTORS OF SUCCESSFUL WEANING FROM CATECHOLAMINES IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEART FAILURE AFTER CARDIOGENIC SHOCK

Objective: to assess the predictive value of clinical, laboratory and instrumental parameters of successful weaning from catecholamines in patients with chronic heart failure who have suffered cardiogenic shock. Methods: it is planned to conduct a prospective cohort study, including patients stabilized after the development of cardiogenic shock. Planned results: identification of monitoring parameters that have a high predictive value of successful de-escalation of inopressor therapy. Conclusions: some clinical-laboratory and paraclinical parameters can predict successful weaning from catecholamines, on the basis of which, it is possible to develop a successful weaning from catecholamines program, which can improve treatment results.
