Quality Performance Management in the Tuscany Procurement and Transplant System: A Reporting and Monitoring Approach.

The reporting and monitoring approach led to the maintenance of a high donation activity (about 100 donors per million population) and an increase in transplant activity in Tuscany. This approach was shown to be effective and efficacious for the solid-organ donation and transplant system in Tuscany.
