Single nucleotide polymorphisms in IFN-gamma, TNF-alpha, IL-6, IL-10, and TGF-beta in pulmonary and extrapulmonary tuberculosis in the State of Ceará, northeastern Brazil
Except for IL-6, the genotype profile could not differentiate PTB and EPTB. Hence, the studied SNPs are not significantly associated with the extrapulmonary involvement of TB.
