Investigating young people's attitudes toward agricultural entrepreneurship in the Jablanica district

In a time of accelerated global change, agricultural entrepreneurship is recognized as a promising field for young people, especially those with a creative spirit and ideas that can be applied to entrepreneurial activities in agriculture. The main objective of this paper is to identify individual, economic, and social factors and assess their influence on the intentions of young people to engage in agricultural entrepreneurship. The results obtained using the survey questionnaire method show that the analyzed factors have a certain degree of influence on the opinion of young people regarding engaging in entrepreneurial agrarian activities. The factor of insufficient determination in solving business challenges from the agrarian sphere, as well as the limited social perspective in some business situations, are the main shortcomings on the way to greater youth involvement in this sphere. The obtained findings suggest the attractiveness of engaging in entrepreneurial agricultural activities by young people.
