Asynchronous Optical Sampling Picosecond Ultrasonics of a GHz Biosensor
Biosensors are key technologies for diagnosis and drag development, where remote and real-time measurement is important. In this study, we developed an asynchronous optical sampling method to detect resonance frequency of nanofilms to detect proteins. Our method enables us to monitor <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\sim 30 \text{GHz}$</tex> and high-Q resonance. From the decrease in the resonance frequency, we detected 10 ng/ml rabbit immunoglobulin G.
