Research on the aerothermal effect of optical windows under the influence of turbulence
The fluid around the high-speed moving aircraft is in a turbulent state. In order to study the influence of turbulence on the aerothermal effect of the optical window, a finite element calculation model of the outflow field of the optical window is first established based on the aerodynamic theory. The calculation model was used to simulate the real aerothermal environment of the flow field outside the optical window when the aircraft is flying at high speed. The temperature field, pressure field and heat flux density field distribution of the flow field were calculated and obtained. Then, based on the theories of heat transfer and structural mechanics, a finite element calculation model for thermal analysis of the optical window is established. The three-dimensional temperature field distribution of the optical window and the deformation field distribution law in the aerodynamic thermal environment were calculated by using this model. Finally, based on the principles of the thermo-optical effect and the elastic-optical effect of the crystal, the refractive index distribution of the optical window was calculated, and the influences of the elastic-optical effect and the thermo-optical effect on the refractive index of the optical window were analyzed.
