A first-principles study of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon-mediated PbS QD/2D BP 0D/2D hybrid-dimensional systems
Our first-principles calculations demonstrate that PAHs-mediated hybrid PbS QDs/2D BP establishes type-II band alignment and reinforced π–π stacking, offering theoretical foundations for 0D/2D hybrid photodetector design.
